aceo for iadevox

Aceo for *Iadevox. For my random animal request I got "random animal" request as well Ta-dah, owl happened- maybe because of her avatar also is an owl, maybe because I love owls as well, but most probably for both these reasons. Yay for owls!

I used fav.me/d6j9c60 by ~EdgedFeather as a reference, but changed it quite a lot in the process- mainly I wanted the gaze to point to a different place, and then I attempted more dramatic lightning... And I failed. I considered redoing the whole card anew but I asked *Iadevox for suggestions for this card first. Thins morning, I looked at it and though "few branches wouldn't screw this card more than it is already" and so I added them. Later, she suggested the same thing! Anyway...  I think it looks pretty okay now, but... This. Scanned. Horribly. It is much lighter and warmer, all these reddish and yellowish tones I tried to paint turned into dully grayish brown! -_-
